MahaRERA COC Training Course
MahaRERA COC (Certificate of Competency) requires 20 hours of training from a MahaRERA-empanelled provider before you can sit for the TCS iON exam. RERA Academy, empanelled through SIILC, offers both online and offline batches with a completion certificate. After training, you take the 50-MCQ exam (40% to pass) and your COC is valid for 5 years.
What is MahaRERA COC Training?
MahaRERA COC (Certificate of Competency) training is a mandatory 20-hour program required by the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority for all real estate agents who wish to obtain or renew their RERA registration. Without this certificate, agents cannot legally operate in Maharashtra's real estate market.
The training covers essential topics including the RERA Act 2016, property transactions, consumer rights, legal documentation, tax implications, and professional ethics. After completing the training, candidates must pass the TCS iON online exam (50 MCQs, 60 minutes, 40% passing marks).
